Caesar

5-year-old male. Caesar used to be a professional fighting dog, but was sent to the animal lab after losing a fight. There, he became a Potendog. After he got out of the lab, he joined 'Goldfangs' to take revenge on humans. Like Draco, Caesar, too claims to be the right-paw dog of Garrius.

There are very few dogs that can stand up to him in 1 on 1 battle. When fighting, Caesar shoots his artificial arm to blow his enemies.
